Shipping Policy Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lushan Sanctum. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email promptly. 2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following regions only: - North America: United States, Canada - Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Europe, the Middle East, or any other international destinations at this time. 3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times ✅ All packages are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Delivery times are calculated once your order has been shipped (not when it is placed). 📦 North America (USA & Canada) - Standard Insured Shipping: 7-15 business days - Cost: $4.99 | FREE on orders over $40 🌏 Southeast Asia - Standard Insured Shipping: 7-12 business days - Cost: $6.99 | FREE on orders over $50 The above timeframes are for reference only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local logistics operations. 4. Duties & Import Taxes All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. All such charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 5. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, please contact us immediately at contact@lushansanctum.com before your order is shipped. 6. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email. 7. Shipping Issues - Lost or Stolen Packages: All packages are fully insured. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund. - Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
